The gems fell off easily I could not even wear it. i am size 5 so my fingers are kind of small. When I adjusted it, the gems fell 🥲. I cannot wear this anymore. Can I get a refund or can I replace it to a different ring?

Maganda yung ring. Maganda rin tingnan sa kamay. Kaya lang pagkasuot ko, natanggal agad ung isang bato niya 😔 Nakakalungkot kasi medyo pricey siya tapos natanggal agad ung isang stone.
