I had issues with the silicon locks that came with the earrings. (No issue with the earrings tho) since i am allergic to them. I raised my concern to their FB page and they were kind enough to send me butterfly locks for free! Seek shine has both awesome products and awesome customer service! If i could rate them 10/5 stars i would! Will defo purchase again! ❤️
